Trying to actually get in shape for the first time ever, i carry my weight well but to be "healthy" i need to drop at least forty-five pounds. I'm am not looking to be thin in any way. Just healthy. I’m going to walk into a store and pick up a pair of low waisted jeans off the shelf, feel confident to try them on and when I do have them fit perfect no muffin top or gymnastics maneuvers to get them on.
I’m going to wake up throw on a pair of shorts and a tank top and not worry and the fat on my legs jiggling as I walk.
I’m going to turn heads and be wanted.
I’m going to inspire others to get in shape.
I’m going to be proud of myself and confident in my own skin.
But most of all
I’m going to be healthy.
