For Me
I wake up every morning at 8am, even though I don’t have class till noon. I do it so I can start my day off at the gym so I feel refreshed and healthy. I am not doing it to please anyone but myself. I am not trying to be a size 2 nor am I trying to do this because I want to be skinny. I’m doing this so I can feel confident in my own skin, so when that number hits below 200 I can be proud of myself. I am doing this for me.
